It is for the information of general public and all other stakeholders that Developers/Sponsors of Private Housing Schemes/Projects (both Co-operative Housing Societies & Private Limited Companies) in Islamabad have Carried Out Development Works, illegally without any Approval of Layout Plan (LOP) and obtaining No Objection Certificate (NOC) from CDA, which is mandatory under the provisions of subject CDA Ordinance & Regulations made thereunder.
Similarly, advertising & marketing is being carried out by the Sponsors of Housing Schemes, without the prior approval of the Authority.
No Housing Scheme can be Floated/Launched/Planned/ Developed, in Islamabad by the Private Sponsors without approval of CDA.
Thus, these Works/Structures are being Constructed/Erected and Land is being Used in contravention of the subject legislature, and hence Illegal/Un-authorized.
2. Following Private Housing Schemes (143) have not obtained any approval from CDA or are in restricted areas and therefore, are illegal/unauthorized, but marketing is being made and advertisements are appearing for sale/purchase of plots in Print, Electronic & Social Media and development & building construction in progress:
