Capital Development Authority announced to begun the process to start development in Park Enclave II, Islamabad.
After nearing completion of development works in Park Enclave-I, Capital Development Authority (CDA) is all set to launch development activities in Park Enclave-II.
CDA said that bids for the project have been invited from firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in category C-3 and above.
The CDA is now set to begin development after the land was vacated from locals.
The project includes road infrastructure, a drainage system, water supply network, sewerage network, box culverts, streetlights and landscaping, including the development of parks and green areas.

Park Enclave II is an extension of Park Enclave I on Park Road, launched in 2016.The CDA had sold more than 300 plots for Rs20.5 million each with a promise to those allowed the land that the project would begin in a year.
It is pertinent to mention here that in order to carryout un-interrupted development activities CDA is also erecting fence around the land of Park Enclave-II so that development works once started could be carried at fast pace.

This year, the CDA also awarded a contract to begin development in E-12 and I-15, however work has yet to begin.
CDA in the last two months has awarded a contract to develop E-12, which was launched in 1989, and I-15 and now Park Enclave II.
