Capital Development Authority (CDA) is working on various residential projects while considering the residential requirements of the capital city Islamabad.
Park Enclave is one of these residential project. Its just 4Km away from Islamabad Club.
Work on basic infrastructure development continues as people of the city were demanding more and more residential facilities. While considering the provision of residential facilities to the masses as its top priority, CDA has announced to open new sectors side by side starting work on the delayed projects.

Possession of Park Enclave Phase-I
Now, Possession available of plots in Park Enclave Phase-I.
The authority has already handed over plots in Park Enclave-I and people have started construction of their properties.
Furthermore, landscaping work and massive tree plantation were also being carried out at Park Enclave-I while CDA management had also directed the concerned formation to come up with a comprehensive plan for the development of parks at sites designated for parks. The civic agency had provided latest LED Street Lights, sanitation services and other facilities in Park Enclave-I.
Phase-1 of Park Enclave was launched almost a decade ago but development works there remained neglected resulting in frustration among allottees.
The incumbent CDA Administration anyhow invested extraordinary efforts to initiate and then conclude development works in Phase-1 of Park Enclave to make it inhabitable for its allottees.
Capital Development Authority has taken a number of steps to cater to the needs of Phase-1 of Park Enclave to make it available to its allottees at the earliest. Security system has been installed, road network has been completed and horticulture work is in progress.
Most importantly, Capital Development Authority has made payment worth Rs602 million to SNGPL for provision of gas to Park Enclave.
Opening of bridge in Park Enclave Phase-I is the latest in a series of milestones. The underpass was completed in a record time despite impediments of Covid-19 related lockdown and heavy rain spells.
Phase-II Development Started
Park Enclave Phase-II is an extension of CDA’s prime Park Enclave Housing Project.
The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has started development work in Park Enclave-II after the delay of five years.
The project is spread on 659 kanals of land. The projected cost of the project is Rs 23,730,000. Work on roads of Park Enclave-II is underway.
In the first phase, the work on nine roads is being completed. Two more roads will be completed in the coming week. Total 28 roads will be constructed under this project. Work on other sides will be started just after completion of the roads.
Phase-III of Park Enclave
CDA has said that it received around 500 applications more than the number of plots it offered in its latest housing project, the Park Enclave-III. Officials of the Capital Development Authority (CDA) said that they had received an overwhelming response to the Park Enclave-III project.
The auction of plots has been completed. Received 1744 applications for the 1,061 plots marked in the scheme. The authority added that it conducted balloting for 1,047 plots, raising Rs13 billion.
The CDCA conducted a digital draw to sell 271 plots measuring 25×50 square feet, 546 plots measuring 35×70, 103 plots with the size 40×80, and 64 plots of the size 50×90.
The developmental work in Park Enclave 3 is also underway. The PC1 of the project has also been approved.
As part of the development process, the relevant department of the authority has been instructed to contact the Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) and the Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) to ensure the provision of amenities such as gas and power to the scheme so that it can be developed simultaneously for the ease of allottees.
Funds for this purpose are being released as per requirement, the CDA officials said.
After announcing the project, CDA erected an iron fence to mark the boundaries of Park Enclave-III while planning for development work in the project are also underway.
It is expected that development work will start in the ongoing fiscal year while the auction for its commercial plots will be held once it is complete.
