Punjab Govt launches one-window operation through e-governance for issuance of NOC & other licenses for the construction sector.
To fulfill Prime Minister Imran Khan’s vision of a digital Pakistan and ease of employment, the Punjab government has introduced a one-window operation based on e-governance to facilitate obtaining NOCs and licenses from the construction sector.
Now you don’t need to go to different offices of Development Authorities.

The Punjab Government has introduced departmental reforms on the basis of e-Governance to promote “Ease Of Doing Busines” in the province and to obtain NOCs related to the construction sector.

They will now be safe from having to visit government offices all the time for approval of maps, certificates, change of location usage and approval of colonies.
In the first phase, all these facilities will be available from today through one window operation in e-service centers in 9 districts of Punjab.
Now the NOC would be issued in a few weeks. The permissions relating to approval of maps, construction completion certificate, NoC for change of place or permissions relating to the approval of private residential colonies would be given under the new schedule.
Applications can be tracked through e-service portal / app / helpline.
