Lahore Development Authority (LDA) announced to sell commercial plots through proper balloting.
For this, LDA planned to distribute forms for application.
LDA City is spread on 58000 Kanal land, and connected to major roads and even close to Lahore Airport.
More than 10 thousand file holders are allotted plots in 13000 kanal land of Jinnah sector. Now, LDA is planning to allot commercial plots in the same sector.
Development work is in progress in Jinnah Sector.
Work on Iqbal Sector, which is spread on 12 thousand kanal, is also started. More than 50 percent land is acquired for the sector.
Keeping in mind, LDA is already planned to construct around 4000 apartments for “Naya Pakistan housing” scheme in LDA City. For this LDA decided to seek approval from CM Punjab, Usman Buzdar for the allotment of apartments.
